At the outset, learned APP states that charge-sheet has been filed as against the Applicant in the trial Court. 2.

In view of the statement made by the learned APP, learned counsel for the Applicant does not press this Application and seeks leave to withdraw this Application with liberty to file an appropriate Application after filing of the charge-sheet before the trial Court. 3.

Accordingly, the Application is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed.
