Apart from the fact that Petitioner is occupying the staff quarter for a period of five years after the order of compulsory retirement by way of punishment was passed, the 1st Respondent is bound to take recourse to the provisions of the Public Premises (Eviction of Unauthorized Occupants) Act. Hence, no case is made out for grant of interim relief.
