By this application, the applicants seek permission to deposit the compensation amount of Rs. 25,000/- in the trial Court. Learned counsel for the applicants submits that the trial Court is refusing to accept the deposit, as the said compensation amount of Rs. 25,000/- was not deposited within one month from the date of the judgment and order dated 10th July 2017. 25-IA-1254-2021.doc applicants states that because of the financial incapacity of the applicants, they were unable to arrange the compensation amount within the stipulated period.

Accordingly, for the reasons set out in the application, the application is allowed. Delay, if any, in depositing the compensation amount is condoned and the applicants are permitted to deposit the compensation amount of Rs. 25,000/- in the trial Court as directed by the trial Court vide judgment and order dated 10th July 2017 passed in Special Case No. 345 of 2015, within three weeks from today. Application is disposed of accordingly.
