This petition is filed for direction for reinvestigation / further investigation of C.R. No.28 of 2013 registered with Malad Police Station, Mumbai. Mrs. Mhatre, learned APP states that the investigation into C.R. No.28 of 2013 is already completed and "C' summary report is filed before the Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Borivali. She tenders a copy of the letter dated 07.01.2015 written Uday S. Jagtap

1522-14-wp=.doc by the Senior Inspector of Police to the Public Prosecutor, in support of her submission. The same is taken on record. 3.

In the above circumstances, the relief claimed in the petition has rendered infructuous. The petitioner is at liberty to file the protest petition before the concerned Magistrate. 4.
