After arguing at length, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Petitioner will submit a detailed representation in regard to the prayer made in this petition and he will also made prayer for grant of suitable appropriate leave as may be permissible in accordance with law.

In view of aforesaid submission, we dispose of the petitioner with liberty to the petitioner to submit the representation as aforesaid. On receipt of such representation, the Competent Authority of the Respondents shall consider the said representation and take appropriate decision on it as expeditiously as possible, but not later than two weeks from the date of receipt of such representation.
