In view of the liberty granted to the Applicant in paragraph 3 of our earlier order dated 7th January, 2016 to apply for restoration of the PIL in the event his representation is not decided, we are of the view that since no order has been passed on the representation made by the Petitioner either by the Commissioner of 1 / 2

APPI. 38-16 Police or other authority, PIL will have to be restored. The PIL is accordingly restored to the file. Criminal application is accordingly allowed and disposed of in the aforesaid terms. 2.

PIL to be placed before the regular Bench.
