After arguing the matter for some time and when the Court was not inclined to grant bail, learned advocate for applicant seeks leave to withdraw this application. However, it is submitted that the applicant is in custody from 20th July 2017 and trial may be expedited. Learned APP on instructions submitted that the trial has already commenced and three witnesses are examined. The prosecution intends to examine about 30 witnesses. 2.
Leave granted. Criminal Bail Application No.852 of 2018 is allowed to be dismissed as withdrawn. Considering the fact that trial has already commenced, it is expected that the Trial Court will make an endeavor to conclude the trial expeditiously. (PRAKASH D. NAIK, J.) MST
