The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Applicant Shri Rahul Mehta seeks withdrawal of the above Civil Application in view of the out of Court settlement between the parties. The above Civil Application is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. In view of the withdrawal of the above Civil Application, the above First Appeal which suffers from delay does not survive and the same to accordingly stand disposed of a s such. The amount of Rs.25,000/- deposited in this Court to be remitted to the Trial Court i.e. Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Baramati.
