Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Both the learned counsel submits that the matter is settled before this Court earlier by filing the consent terms dated 15th January,2018. The same was taken on record and marked "X" for identification.

Learned advocate Ms Pereira for the respondent, after taking instructions from her client, who is present in the court today, submits that she has already received entire amount as stated in the consent terms. She submits that she has no objection if the Family Court Appeal is disposed of in terms of the consent terms. Hence, the following order: Pg 1 of 2

(c) The consent terms be treated as a part and parcel of the decree;

(d) No order as to costs;
