This petition arises out of the proceedings filed by the petitioner, wife under the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act. Respondent no.1 is the husband of the petitioner. The other respondents are her parents-in-law and the sister-in-law. 2).
Respondent no.1 has been appearing in person on behalf of himself and the other respondents. The petitioner states that, today her

She, however, requests for disposal of the present petition as the dispute between the parties is settled. Since the parties are appearing in person, the documents of their identification are perused and the xerox copies thereof are taken on file. The same are marked 'X' collectively for identification.

The parties state that, they have signed consent terms which are taken on record by the Family Court in F.C. Petition No. A-1849 of 2013. Respondent no.1 tenders certified copies of the order dated 23rd December, 2015 passed by the Family Court in terms of the consent terms and the decree in F.C. Petition No. A-1849 of 2013. The same are taken on file. Clause-10(ii) of the consent terms, provides for withdrawal of the present petition. In view thereof, the petition is allowed to be withdrawn and disposed off accordingly.
