The learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the proposals are given seeking approval to the appointment of the Petitioner as a part time for the academic year 2020-2021 (page 35) and subsequently upgradation as a full time Assistant Teacher since academic year 2021-2022 (page 54), the same is not yet decided.

The learned AGP waives service for Respondent Nos.1 to 4.

In case proposal seeking approval to the appointment N.S. Kamble page 1 of 2

21-wp-7670-2022 of the Petitioner as a part time for the academic year 2020-2021 and full time Assistant Teacher since academic year 2021-2022, then the Education Officer shall decide the same on its own merits and in accordance with law.
