Heard learned Advocate for the Applicant and learned APP for the Respondent-State.

This Court as per order dated 8th February 2023, passed in Bail Application No.3172 of 2021, was pleased to grant bail to the Applicant on furnishing P. R. Bond of Rs.15,000/- with one or more sureties in the like amount. The liberty was also granted to furnish cash bail in the sum of Rs.15,000/- for a period of six weeks in lieu of surety.

In fact for furnishing surety for Rs.15,000/-, it does not 1/2

15.ia1229.23.doc require solvent surety. Even it is submitted that the Applicant is the resident of Shahapur Taluka, so as such for the Applicant, it is not difficult to furnish surety for an amount of Rs.15,000/-. 4.

Let the Applicant be granted one more chance to furnish surety. Hence, this Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). The Applicant is granted liberty to furnish surety within a period of four weeks from today, by way of last chance. 5.

It is made clear that if the surety is not furnished within that period, the Court seized of the matter, is at liberty to forfeit that cash amount and pass appropriate orders to secure presence of the Applicant.
