As the application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 is not a proper remedy to seek quashing of the complaint under Section 12 of the Protection of Women and Children from Domestic Violence Act, 2005, the learned Counsel appearing for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the application with liberty to adopt appropriate proceeding.
