Heard learned counsel for the parties on the Civil Application No. 3252 of 2016 an application seeking restoration of Civil Application No. 102 of 2016 which suffered dismissal for non appearing of the counsel for the Appellants as also for non compliance of the order dated 21st January, 2016. 2.

In view of the aforesaid, for the reasons stated in the Application, we are satisfied that there was sufficient cause for non appearance of the counsel when the case was called and now since the order dated 21st January, 2016 has been complied with, we allow the Civil Application No. 3252 of 2016. The Civil Application No. 102 of 2016 is ordered to be restored to its original number. 4.

Accordingly, Civil Application No. 3252 of 2016 stands disposed of.
