perused the report of the Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Tasgaon, wherein it is specifically stated that the husband of the complainant Anant Nalwade had died during the pendency of the trial. That the witnesses examined by the complainant had not uttered a single word of the alleged offence made by the complainant and, therefore, on the basis of the evidence on record, all the accused were discharged by an order dated 2.3.2010. The said order dated 2.3.2010
Mhi 2 WP-1184-2011.sxw is impugned in the present Petition.

It is a matter of record that by an order dated 26.2.2016, the matter was posted for dismissal. On the earlier occasion also, the matter was dismissed for want of prosecution and then subsequently restored. On 28.6.2016, the learned counsel for the petitioner had sought an adjournment on personal grounds. In view of this, the matter stands dismissed for want of prosecution.
