At the outset, learned Counsel for the applicant seeks leave to amend names of applicant No.7-A-Somnath Vasant Ugale and 7-B Ravi Vasant Ugale. She states that the name of applicant No.7-A is "Somnath Vasant Ghuge" and applicant No.7-B is "Ravi Vasant Ghuge".

This is an application for bringing the legal representatives of deceased applicant No.5-Jijabai Suka Awhad who is stated to have expired on 2nd July, 2013 i.e much before passing of the decree. 4.

Having considered the averments in the application, abatement is set aside and the legal representatives of the deceased applicant No.5 as stated in paragraph 3 of the application be brought on record within 14 days by effecting necessary amendment.
