1. Admittedly revision filed by the petitioner is pending before respondent no.1, therefore, without relying upon rival contentions, on merit it would be appropriate to direct the respondent no. 1 to decide pending revision filed by the petitioner within stipulated period.

2. Accordingly, respondent no. 1 is directed to decide pending revision filed by the petitioner as expeditiously as possible on or before 31st May 2019.

3. It is made clear that this court has not expressed opinion on merits of the matter and it is for the respondent no. 1 to take appropriate decision on merits and in accordance with law.

4. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent no. 4 on instructions makes a statement that till 31st May 2019 respondent no. 4 will not take any steps for execution/implementation of the order passed by the Tahsildar which has been confirmed by the respondent no. 2. Statement accepted.
