After hearing the learned Counsel for the Applicant at length and after taking into consideration the antecedents at the discredit of the applicant, when this Court was not inclined to grant any relief, the learned Counsel on instructions seeks leave to withdraw the present Application with liberty to file a fresh Application for bail before the trial Court, if the trial arising out of C.R. No.809 of 2017 dated 27.08.2017 registered with the Mumbai Central Railway Police Station does not commence within a period of nine months from today.
