For the reasons separately recorded, following operative order is passed :

OPERATIVE ORDER (i) The appeal is allowed;

(ii) The orders dated 24th May 2022 and 19th November 2022 passed by the Special Court, Satara in Criminal Bail 1/3

Application at Exhibits 38 and 53 in Atrocity Special Case No. 77/2022 are quashed and set-aside;

(iii) The appellant be enlarged on bail in connection with C.R. No. 32/2022 registered with the Lonand Police Station, on executing PR Bond in the sum of Rs. 20,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount;

(iv) The applicant shall attend the concerned Police Station on the first Monday of every month between 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. for a period of 12 months from the date of his release, except if the date in the trial Court falls on a Monday;

(v) The appellant shall inform his latest place of residence and mobile contact number immediately after being released and/or change of residence or mobile details, if any, from time to time to the Court seized of the matter and to the Investigating Officer of the concerned Police Station;

(vi) The appellant to cooperate with the conduct of the trial and attend all the dates before the trial Court, unless exempted; (vii) If there is a breach of any of the aforesaid conditions, the prosecution shall be at liberty to seek cancellation of the applicant's bail.

The appeal is disposed of in the above terms. All concerned to act on the authenticated copy of this order.
