Heard Mr.Jaydeep Deo, learned Counsel for the petitioners and Ms.Sanidha Vedpathak, learned Counsel for respondent No.2.

Mr. Deo states that Mr. Virendera Kumar Chadha, Director of petitioner No.1 is present in the Court today. Mr. Deo has tendered a photo-copy of his Aadhaar Card, which is taken on record and marked 'A' for identification. Upon taking instructions from him, Mr.Deo states that the petitioners have implemented the impugned order and thus nothing survives in this Petition. He, therefore, seeks permission to withdraw this Petition.

In view thereof, on the motion made by Mr.Deo, the Petition is allowed to be withdrawn and is dismissed as withdrawn. Order accordingly.
