P.C.:- This is an Application for extension of period of bail by twelve weeks, granted on medical grounds.

The matter was heard at length yesterday i.e. on 3rd April, 2019. When this Court expressed its disinclination to extend the said period, the learned counsel for the Applicant, on instructions, today seeks leave to withdraw the present Application with liberty to surrender before the concerned Jail Authority on or before 11.00 a.m. on 11th April, 2019. Leave and liberty granted.
