As the applicant has approached this Court directly seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with FIR.No.0713434 registered with the Vanrai Police Station, Goregaon and FIR No.66 of 2015 registered with the Cyber Police at Bandra-Kurla Complex, he seeks leave to withdraw the application, with liberty to file an appropriate application before the appropriate Court seeking Anticipatory Bail.

Accordingly, the applicant is permitted to withdraw the present application with liberty to file separate applications in connection with C.Rs registered with the Vanrai Police Station, Goregaon and the Cyber Police at Bandra-Kurla Complex.

The learned counsel for the applicant seeks interim protection for a week to file the applications. Accordingly, the applicant shall not be arrested for a period of one week from today.

It is made clear, that this application has not been considered on merits and the learned Judge seized of the matter, shall decide the applications, including the interim prayer on its own merits, in accordance with law, uninfluenced by the protection granted or withdrawal of the application.

The Anticipatory Bail Application is disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
