The applicants are apprehending arrest in connection with C.R.No.162 of 2017, registered with Sakinaka Police Station, Mumbai, for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 498A, 323 504 and 506 read with 34 of IPC.

Prima facie it appears that the said crime is registered out of matrimonial discord and/or differences between applicant no.1 and and the original complainant who are husband and wife, respectively.

It is submitted by the counsel for the applicants and the original complainant that the Mediation is successful and the parties have arrived at the Consent Terms. The report submitted to this Court by the Mediator fortifies the submissions made by both the parties. It is apparent that the parties have executed the Consent Terms. In view of the aforesaid circumstances, it is submitted that the application may be allowed in view of the Consent Terms executed between the parties.

Hence, I pass the following order:

:: O R D E R ::

(i) Anticipatory Bail Application No.618 of 2017 is allowed;

(ii) The interim order dated 11th April, 2017, is confirmed;

(iii) Parties to act in accordance with the Consent Terms executed before the Mediator;

(iv) Anticipatory Bail Application is disposed of accordingly.
