The petitioner is challenging order of attachment of salary dated 13 December 2023 and certificate issued under section 101 of the Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Act, 1960. Against both orders, the petitioner has remedy of filing revision under section 154 of the Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Act, 1960. 2.

Therefore, keeping all contentions raised in the writ petition open to be agitated before the revisional Court, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
