This is an application for relaxation of conditions imposed vide order dated 23rd September, 2014 passed by this Court while granting bail.

Learned Advocate for the applicant submitted that the applicant was granted bail by order dated 23rd September, 2014 and directed to attend EOW on last Sunday of every month between 10.00 a.m. to 12.00 noon. The applicant has been diligently attending the EOW after he is released on bail. He further submitted that the co-accused Ashok Kumar Amarnath by SAJAKALI LIYAKAT JAMADAR Date:

17-IA-1399-2022.doc Sharma had preferred similar application for relaxation of condition and such condition was relaxed by this Court vide order dated 20th December, 2021.

Learned Special P. P. submitted that the case of the applicant and co-accused can be distinguished. The applicant is involved in this crime. The offence is of serious nature. The applicant is also involved in other cases relating to other societies. Hence, complete relaxation of conditions may not be granted to the applicant.

Considering these circumstances, order dated 23rd September, 2014 is modified and the applicant is directed to attend EOW once in three months on first Saturday of the month between 10.00 a.m. to 12.00 noon till further orders. 5.
