P.C.:- Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioners and the learned APP for the Respondent -State.

Grievance of the Petitioners is that the investigation in respect of C.R. No.126 of 2017 registered with Khargar Police Station shall be transferred from the Respondent No.2 to any other competent authority.

The learned APP makes a statement that investigation of the subject FIR is being carried out by Central Unit, Crime Branch, Navi Mumbai. The report to that effect is also placed on record. Having Megha 1/2

Megha 36_wp_1569_2017.doc gone through the report we find that based on the CCTV Footage five persons are arrested and at present they are in judicial custody. The report shows that the investigation is in progress. The learned APP states that further investigation would be completed expeditiously. 4.
