In all the four matters, notice to respondent No.1 who is same in all the four matters, is already served and office note shows to that effect. These are the applications for leave to file appeal challenging the acquittal of the respondent in the matter of offence punishable under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act. Though the respondent is served, none 1 / 2

Leave is granted to file appeal challenging acquittal of the respondent. All the appeals are also admitted. Process under Section 390 of Cr.P.C. be initiated with directions to the trial Court to release the respondent in each matter on bail in the sum of Rs.500/- each.
