Accordingly, the Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b), subject to condition that all office objections in the Contempt Petition will be removed within a period of three weeks from today. If all office objections are not removed within the stipulated time, the order of the Registrar (Judicial II) dated 24 January 2018 shall stand.
