None appeared for the Applicant on 28th September, 2018. Despite that, notices were issued. The learned counsel for the Applicant has not furnished the spare copies within the time and hence, notice could not be served.

The learned counsel shall furnish spare copies on or before 26th February, 2019. Upon furnishing the spare copies on or before 26th February, 2019, office to issue notice to the Respondents, returnable 8 weeks thereafter.
