By this Civil Application, Applicant is seeking permission to delete the name of Respondent nos.10, 11 and 12 from the Appeal from Order NO.1250 of 2012 and pending Civil Application.

7 caa409-19.doc averments made in the Application and at the cost and consequences of the Applicant, I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing the present Civil Application. Hence, following order:

Applicant is permitted to delete the name of Respondent nos.10, 11 and 12 from the present proceeding i.e. Appeal from Order as well as Civil Application, if any.

b.

Amendment be carried out on or before 15.6.2019.

c.

Amended copy be served on the other side immediately.
