During the arguments, we find that the order passed by the Deputy Registrar directing enrollment of complainant is not placed on record. That order appears to have been passed sometime in October, 2016.

In this situation, with a liberty to the petitioners to file a fresh petition with necessary documents and suitable challenges, we dispose of the present criminal application.
