Learned A.P.P., on instructions from the Superintendent, Nashik Road Central Prison, Nashik submitted that, the Petitioner has been transferred to Paithan Open District Prison from 22nd June 2019 under the Orders of Additional Director General of Police and Inspector General of Prisons. That, the Petitioner is now on bail since 14th December 2022. 2.

In view of above, present Petition has become infructuous and is accordingly disposed off.
