By this petition, the Petitioner seeks direction to the Respondent Nos.1 to 6 to register the FIR as against the Respondent No.7 for committing offences punishable under Sections 406, 417, 418 and 426 read with Section 120B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.

She submits, on instructions, that the said decision has been communicated to the petitioner vide letter dated 15th June, 2022. 4.

In view of the aforesaid, nothing survives for consideration and the petition is disposed of. 5.

It is always open for the Petitioner to adopt appropriate remedy in accordance with law.
