30-489-2019-APPP=.doc punishable under Sections 307, 326, 324, 323, 504, 506(2) r/w 34 of the IPC, Sections 4, 25 of the Arms Act and under Section 37(1), 135, 142 of the Bombay Police Act. The respondent - accused is lodged in Arthur Road Jail and, therefore, Non-bailable Warrant could not be executed.

In view of the said report, the order issuing Non-bailable warrant stands revoked.
