2) The learned Counsel for the applicant seeks leave to withdraw the application.

3) The learned Counsel, however, submits that the applicant is in custody since 18th October, 2019 and, therefore, the trial in MCOC Case No. 14 of 2019 be expedited.

5) The learned Special Judge seized with Special Case (MCOC) No. 14 of 2019, arising out of CR No 265 of 2019, registered with Khadakpada Police Station is requested to make an endeavour to commence and conclude the trial in Special Case No.14 of 2019 as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of nine months from the date of the communication of this order. 6) The learned Counsel for the applicant further seeks liberty to revive the prayer for bail in the event the trial is not concluded within the said period.

7) The application stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
