P.C.:- Learned counsel appearing for the Respondent submitted that, in furtherance of undertaking dated 10th September, 2019 given to this Court on 11th November, 2019, the Respondent has handed over vacant and peaceful possession of the Suit premises to the Petitioner. Learned counsel for the Petitioner concedes the said fact. In view thereof, the Order dated 11th November, 2019, is complied with.

The present Petition therefore, does not survive and is accordingly disposed off.
