The petitioners claim to be members of respondent no.3 Housing Society. It is submitted that petitioner had filed a complaint to the Dy. Registrar, Co-operative Societies. By an order dated 23rd July, 2013 (page43 of the petition), the Dy. Registrar decided the same. It is submitted that the petitioner filed another complaint on 26th September, 2013 addressed to Dy. Registrar which has not been decided so far. 2.

The learned Counsel has placed on record a copy of communication made to Dy, Registrar on 4th September, 2014.

Without expressing any opinion on the allegations made by petitioners, we observe that respondent-authority would look into the grievance of the petitioner in accordance with law and pass final orders after hearing the parties.
