P.C.:- This is an Application for renewal of passport of the Applicant.

The record indicates that, on earlier occasion, the Application of the Applicant was allowed and the Applicant was permitted to renew the passport for limited period of one year. For the reasons stated in the Application, I am inclined to allow the Application.

Applicant is permitted to file an Application for renewal of the passport. The Passport Authority is directed to consider the Application of the Applicant, on its own merits and as per the provisions of law and the Rules framed thereunder.
