On 31 st May, 2021 the Chief Medical Officer was requested to opine whether kidney transplantation of the applicant is inevitable and a medical emergency. In response thereto, a report of J.J. Hospital is filed on record which is marked "Exh-X-1" for identification; whereby it is

Rane 2/2 BA-1645-2021 (SR.19) 4June,2021 opined that presently transplantation is not required nor the applicant is on dialysis. In view of this report, the application is disposed of.

It is clarified that, in case, the applicant is not provided with the required medical treatment by the officer attached to the Arthur Road Jail, the applicant shall be at liberty to move this Court for appropriate reliefs. 4.

Office of the prosecution shall forward copy of the health report of the applicant to the Counsel for the applicant.
