In view of the order passed by this Court in the Bail 1/3
Application filed by Sheetal Vasanta Shegaonkar dated 18th October, 2022, Learned Counsel for the applicant in both the aforesaid applications, do not press the bail applications, at this stage and seek leave to withdraw the same.

The applications are accordingly disposed of as withdrawn. 3.
Needless to state, that the learned Judge to comply the order dated 18th October, 2022 passed by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court (Coram: Bharati Dangre, J.) in Bail Application No. 614 of 2021 passed in Sheetal Vasanta Shegaonkar's bail application. 4.
Learned APP also assures that all the witnesses will be kept present on the next date as directed by this Court. Learned Counsel for the applicant in both the applications also assure that they will not seek adjournments and proceed with the trial as directed by the Trial Court.

It is made clear that the aforesaid applications have not been heard on merits.

Needless to state, that if the trial Court does not conclude the trial within the stipulated period as directed by this Court vide order dated 18th October, 2022, the applicants are at liberty to file fresh bail applications.
