This is an application for withdrawal. An amount approximately of Rs.14 lakhs have been deposited on 26th April 2016 before the learned Commissioner for Workmen's Compensation, Thane. The claim arose out of an injury claim to a driver. He was seriously injured. He has been injured in his head and leg and he has a permanent disability including functional disability. 2.

Having regard to his financial condition and the facts of the case, I will permit a withdrawal of the 50% of the amount deposited without furnishing any security or an undertaking. The remaining 12th July 2017

919-CAF1685-17.DOC 50% amount is to be invested, if not already done, in a fixed deposit with any nationalized bank.

The Commissioner will permit the withdrawal on an authenticated copy of this order.

The statutory deposit is to be transferred to the Commissioner and is to be similarly invested. 5.

The Civil Application is disposed of. There will be no order as to cots.

6.

Liberty to the Applicants to file a fresh application for a further withdrawal.
