The Learned Counsel for the Petitioners submits that the parties to the dispute have amicably settled the dispute. A notarised joint purshis to that effect is filed on record. It is taken on record and marked as Article "X" for the purpose of identification. The respective parties submits that they would abide by the Consent Terms filed on record.
