This Court while granting regular bail as per order dated 30th January 2023, has considered the averments in clauses 3 to 9, of the affidavit cum undertaking dated 23rd January 2023, filed by present Applicant. One of the clause is willingness shown by the Applicant to deposit Rs.10,00,000/- before the trial Court within two months. 3.
