After arguing for some time, the learned counsel for the Petitioners seek leave to withdraw the Petition with liberty to file the representation before Respondent No. 3 - Commissioner invoking provision under Section 7(a) of the Employees' Provident Funds and Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1952. 2.

The prayer is accepted. We observe that while considering the representation as may be submitted by the Petitioners, the Respondent No. 3 shall not be influenced by the earlier communication made in this regard.

In case the Petitioners submit the representation as aforesaid, we expect from Respondent No. 3 that he shall decide the said representation as expeditiously as possible. 4.

With the aforesaid liberty and direction, the Petition is allowed to be withdrawn.
