After arguing the Petition for quite some time, Mr. Sawant seeks permission to withdraw this Petition with liberty to file Petition before the Division Bench raising challenge to the constitutional validity of provisions of the Maharashtra Rent Control Act, 1999 and its applicability to the premises falling in the cantonment area.
