Heard learned Counsel for the parties.

By this application, the applicant seeks relaxation of condition no.(ii) of para 5, imposed by this Court vide order dated 15th March, 2018, passed in Criminal Bail Application No.258 of 2018. 3.

Learned Counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is an agriculturalist and is required to visit Uttar Pradesh often, and as such

2/2 921-appp.491.2019.doc seeks complete relaxation of the condition no.(ii) of para 5. 4.

At this stage, it is not possible to relax the aforesaid condition completely. However, the same is modified to the extent, that instead of the applicant attending the concerned Police Station, on the first Saturday of every month between 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., till the conclusion of the trial, the Applicant shall now attend the concerned Police Station on the first Saturday of every alternate month, between 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., till the conclusion of the trial. Rest of the conditions imposed vide order dated 15th March, 2018, to remain as it is.

The Application is allowed and disposed of in above terms. 6.
