1] Learned AGP on basis of written instructions makes a statement that the civil revision petition no. 2675 of 2017 pending before the Revenue Minister will be disposed of on its own merits and in accordance with law within a period of four months from today. 2] The aforesaid statement redresses the grievance of the petitioner and therefore, there is no necessity of making any further orders in this petition.

3] The petition is accordingly disposed of. The petitioner is at liberty to apply for interim reliefs in the pending revision petition within a period of four weeks from today. Accordingly, for a period of four weeks the interim order granted by this Court shall operate.
