Order dated 8 th January, 2018 granted four weeks time to take appropriate steps. Office noting shows that no steps have been taken despite time being granted.

2. In the circumstances, if steps are not taken on or before 26 th March, 2018, the petition shall stand dismissed without further orders of the Court.
