The prayer in this application is for giving out of turn priority to the hearing of Family Court Appeal No.209 of 2014 which is of the year 2014.

At present this Court is hearing final hearing of the Family Court Appeals of the year 2007. In the application it is contended that the Applicant has been transferred to Chennai. The correctness of the said statement is disputed by the Respondent. In any case, the Applicant is represented by an advocate. Therefore, his alleged transfer out of Mumbai cannot be a ground to give out of turn priority to the hearing of Family
2 of 2 CAM.219.2015 Court Appeal of the year 2014, when appeals of the years 2007 and 2008 are being heard. Civil Application No.219 of 2015 is rejected.
