Heard learned counsel appearing for the respondent No.1. He submits that trial in Sessions Case No.31 of 2015, wherein present applicant is seeking enlargement on bail, has already commenced and substantive evidence of all three witnesses has been recorded.

In view of this, the present application cannot be considered. The trial is in progress. Hence, the application being sans merits, stands rejected.
